AFTER IMAGE 1995

SYNOPSIS

A cable car moves through fog, rain, snow on its way up and down a mountain somewhere in Eastern Europe. The noise and anxiety level increase as we pass through way stations without stopping - a journey without end. In the increasing white silence of the of the mountain, the peak is reached. The descent immediately begins. Once the bottom is reached, another ascent begins. Trapped in the car, you are left to the devices of your imagination.
